Is it possible to host a beer garden event in bad weather?

It is! While beer gardens are most popular for summer parties, many of them have facilities that allow you to celebrate even in the classic English weather. Some venues have overhead coverings, roofing, or patio umbrellas to cover their guests from rainfall and snowfall, as well as outdoor heaters that are brought out when it gets a little chilly. Another option is hiring a venue that has indoor space - this way your party can simply move inside if the weather becomes unbearable!

Booked Whole Venue at Swingers City
We hired the whole of the roof top terrace at Swingers City which meant exclusive access to one of the golf courses. Our clients had an incredible time and were really wowed by the venue. The event staff were so organised throughout the whole process and went out of their way to help us personalise our event. And the food was incredible! I cannot recommend highly enough.

Booked Burgundy at Balls Brothers Minster Court
A good size room which is also has removable walls to be more versatile. flexible with food, table arrangements and timings. There is a private bar available as well and is a great space for larger seated events (we had 25 which is a bit too large for most other venues) Responses are very quick and clearly have plenty of experience running events. Absolutely fantastic to work with - will definitely work with again!

The Bedouin tent itself was absolutely gorgeous and the calm setting in the courtyard was lovely, especially in the middle of the City of London. Nick himself was extremely helpful throughout and we all had a very special celebration. I would definitely recommend this venue to others. Thank you
