Communicatoin was great from the start of the process and all of my extra needs like decorations were met. When we got there, the spcae was excatly as advertised, very stylish and clean. The bartenders assigned to us for the evening were what made our New Years. They went above and beyond to interact with the guests, they were talented and efficient and all anyone could talk about all night.
There is only one bathroom for the venue, which was also being used by the party on the basement level which meant a lot of waiting at times.

The staff went out of their way repeatedly to make the night special. I booked the cocktail lounge for a 40th birthday party and Bernardo helped prepare and cut the cake, played our playlist through the speakers and got our photo slideshow to play on the TV (with the help of another member of staff). Filipe was super friendly and helpful behind the bar. We had a great time! Organising the event was very easy with Holly helping out.
Only one small issue with pre-ordered food - the polenta bites were listed as gluten free on the events brochure but we were told they weren't when they were brought out on the night. However I had feedback that the food was excellent from those who could eat it
