Rebecca was absolutely amazing to deal with when organising our work Christmas Party - she went above and beyond to understand our needs and tailored a package to suit our budgets including providing suggestions and advice on how to best set up our event. The staff on duty on the night were exceptional - super friendly, professional, efficient and made sure all our guests were looked after and enjoyed themselves. I will highly recommend The Oxford Scholar to anyone wanting a nice venue for a night out and we would love to work with them again in future!

No, DJs are not permitted in the Atrium space. However, the private function space on Level 1 welcomes DJs.

Yes, the space can be decorated to your liking; free-standing decorations or items placed on tables work best. Take care with anything stuck to the walls, as damage must be repaired at the event organiser’s cost; decorative candles, smoke machines, confetti and glitter are not permitted because of sensitive fire alarms.

Yes, clients are welcome to organise their own photobooth company, which can come in and set up at the venue.

Yes, Level 1 is fully accessible by lift and has an accessible toilet.
