Exclusive use of the Level 2 bar requires a minimum spend of $1750, which can include food and drinks on the day. This minimum spend is for a 3-hour event. You can access the space one hour before the event for setup if needed.

Guests under the age of 18 are permitted until 10pm, providing the underage guest is in the company of a responsible adult who is responsibly supervising them. One separate responsible adult per each underage guest.

We do not host 18th Birthday Parties.

Parking available nearby: CBD park in Franklin Street, Wilson Parking in Swanston Street and QV Carpark in Lonsdale Street.

The venue was easy to get to, and it was actually really great! The function coordinators were very helpful and responsive and their staff on the day were amazing! The food was plentiful and quite delicious! Great service!!! We would look at using The Oxford on Scholar again in the future.
