The venue was incredible, from the decor to the staff and the food. We had our wedding reception there on New Year’s Eve, taking over all the bedrooms, as well as the wedding breakfast which was flawless. Jaideen was brilliant at helping us throughout as our events organiser. The hotel rooms are incredible and clean with lots of space.
There could have been a slightly better wine selection and would be nice to have beer on draft but these are small points.

The room, atmosphere, location and the service was exceptional! Would love to come back for a drink
The food was not impressive and for me that was a very crucial part especially given it is a dinner party, the chicken was extremely dry and the guests were feeling the same.

It was a beautiful location and setting - discreet house in a private square. All guests felt privileged Facilities, catering, attention could not be faulted - every need on our part was not a problem on theirs. Service was discreet but absolutely on point - there when needed (even if not realised to be needed!) Staff were lovely - friendly but also professionally efficient All in all - a perfect evening. Personally so happy that my wife had best the 60th birthday party that she could have ever hoped for. Many thanks to all at Zetters - not only for the evening, but the care and attention that went into the arranging of the preliminary visit, the arrangements for the event itself. Everyone could not have been more attentive. Thank you! Mike
