We have four private rooms available, set up for health and beauty professionals.

The building is a 2-minute walk from Angel Station, just outside the congestion zone, with on-site parking available. The rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a Georgian townhouse, already furnished and ready to use.

There are two larger front-facing rooms (Beech and Hawthorn) and two slightly smaller, quieter rooms at the back (Spruce and Linden). The larger rooms are £4000 per month, and the smaller ones are £2500. There’s no VAT, and the price includes utilities, internet, business rates, waste collection, insurance, and general upkeep.

You’ll also have access to shared facilities, including a kitchen with basic appliances and washer/dryer, plus two toilets stocked with essentials. WiFi is available, and there’s a team on hand to deal with maintenance if needed.

The building is secure, with CCTV, intercom entry, and a security system. Each room can be locked, with keys provided if required.

The space suits therapy, beauty, and other similar professional services. There are already a couple of established businesses here, so it’s a calm, professional environment. You’re welcome to bring your own equipment, as long as it doesn’t disrupt others or the space.
