BEECH ROOM measures 5 x 4.3m and is situated on the 2nd floor.
LOCATION:
Our building sits 2 minutes walk from Angel Station in central London. The rooms are situated on the 2nd and 3rd floor of this Grade 2 listed Georgian terraced house, already furnished with tasteful furniture.
Free parking possible on site upon request. We are just outside congestion zone.
COSTS:
£300/day or £4000/month
We don’t charge VAT
This is an all inclusive charge. Landlord pays for: utilities, internet, business rates, waste collection & recycling, landlord insurance, building insurance & upkeep of the building, toiletry
OTHER FACILITIES:
Free wifi throughout the building
Shared kitchen with washer/dryer, small appliances for business (preparing drinks, washing hand towels etc.)
2 toilets each equipped with toiletry for guests to use
SUITABLE BUSINESS:
Therapy, beauty, consultation, and other similar professional operators. 2 other businesses from the health/beauty industries are already operating here for more than a year.
This is a quiet building so we don’t accept business that makes excessive noises or disturbances.
You are welcome to bring your own professional equipment, as long as it doesn’t cause disturbance to others or affect the building/room’s conditions.

Host rules
1. Free cancellation till 24 hours prior to the booking
2. Cancelling within 24 hours prior to the booking is non-refundable. However, you can reschedule within 1 month without extra charge
3. No smoking, drinking (unless agreed by us) or drug abuse permitted
4. This is a quiet building so excessive noises or disturbances will not be allowed
5. Damage to the space will result in extra charge
6. Cleaning is included in the fee, unless unreasonable spilling, soiling, contamination or other comparable effect occurs as a result of use
7. Parking available only upon approval from us
8. Pets are permitted only with explicit approval from us
9. If you use our kitchen, please clean your used utensils
10. No food consumption that might cause strong odour or aroma in the common areas
11. This is a quiet building so we don’t accept business that makes excessive noises or disturbances.
