Poets Wine Bar is a Tagvenue Partner. This business has registered with Tagvenue and agreed to our venue partner standards.

Founded by Declan and Christine, and run day-to-day with the support of Kylie, our Bar Manager, Poets is a place to relax, explore great drinks and feel genuinely welcome.

We offer up to 20 wines by the glass, alongside a carefully curated selection of premium bottles available to enjoy in the bar or take home. Our focused beer range includes thoughtfully chosen draught options, complemented by bottled beers from some of the world’s best independent breweries. Our wine list spans both Old and New World producers, selected for quality, character and pure enjoyment.

With nearly two decades of experience across wholesale and brewery markets, Declan brings deep knowledge of wine, beer and spirits from around the world to the bar. He’s passionate about guiding guests, sharing recommendations and helping everyone find something they’ll truly enjoy.
