This former Gate House is in a quiet park area, with a garden that has a lawn, plants, outdoor lighting, a driveway made of marble, and space for two cars, while inside, there’s a reception room with built-in bookshelves that leads to a large open-plan kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has plenty of storage, a partly glazed ceiling, a double oven, a dishwasher, and enough workspace, and the dining area has a gas fire. A decked patio at the back, accessible from the dining room, is great for outdoor gatherings.
The main bedroom has a dressing area and an en suite bathroom, and the second double bedroom also has an en suite. Plus, there are two more bedrooms, two additional shower rooms, and the basement studio features four-meter-high ceilings, full-height retractable doors, and a staircase of concrete and glass.
