Room was fantastic good size and had everything we need. Harry and his team were brilliant If you want to book go through Harry the Manager and not Ludo.
Ludo was very charming before we paid. Saying that we would meet to organise food etc nearer the time. As soon as we paid he ignored me and was very unhelpful. He said that there might be an event before us then told us we had to ring to find out. I had to ask for the food menus for us to order and arrange what time the food would be served then when I asked about where we would like the tables he told me to let him and he would get it arranged via email. How can you tell someone over an email how you want tables arranged ? So we ended up doing it ourselves His attitude and customer service was appalling and rude. The way he spoke to me when I went in to see if it had been booked as he ignored my messages after paying was disgraceful.

I hired The Deck for my partner’s surprise 30th birthday party, and we loved every second! The space was exactly as described/pictured and was perfect for the number of people, without it feeling too cramped. We were allowed to decorate the space with very minimal restrictions (only no confetti/glitter), which helped give the event a personal touch. It was also great having our own toilet as it meant no one had to queue downstairs. Now shout out to our bartender Jaray and the Manager Harry for being absolute gems and helping the night run perfectly! Nothing was too much for them and they both deserve a raise ⭐️ Thank you for a great night and would recommend the venue to anyone looking to book for a 30th birthday 💖
We brought our own DJ and it was quite a warm day, but due to licensing restrictions the windows had to be closed at 22:30 so we didn’t disturb the neighbours with the music. This meant that it got quite warm in the room later on in the evening, which is just something to bear in mind! Maybe having a fan in the room would help keep things cool. Not a biggie though 🤘🏼
