My birthday lunch for 30 guests on MV The Edwardian was the most spectacular success. The vessel is beautiful and the planning process by the Events Managers was painstaking despite several adaptations on my part. The menu choices cater for all tastes and I had difficulty choosing what to serve, On the day both the crew of the vessel and the catering staff went out of their way to provide a discreetly efficient but friendly and caring service to my guests, many of them older people. The Manager on board was constantly concerned to ensure that all my wishes were being fulfilled. The food was excellent and beautifully served. We went up and down the river for five hours (luckily in brilliant sunshine for December) so that my guests - who had flown in from all around the world - had lovely views of the great sights of London. I have since been inundated with complimentary messages about a wonderful event. I sincerely commend Thames Luxury Charters and their caterers Dish for providing such an exceptional experience.
We asked for the "background" music to be turned off.

Supper fast replying. We haven't been very lucky. With many venues simply not replying, Plamena took the time to give us all the info even though it was clear we would not be able to book with them since our budget was nowhere near what they offer.

About Edwardian - Thames Luxury Charters

The epitome of British style, the Edwardian is outfitted to our exacting standards with simply no expense spared in her interior design and furnishings.

Built in 1985 by Sir Richard Branson, her most recent extensive refurbishment in April 2015 saw the addition of a new sky light, copper-topped bar, TV screens, Bose sound system and plush new carpets, further enhancing the guest experience.

Featured in the Queen's Diamond Jubilee River Pageant, the Edwardian has played a starring role in many film and television appearances, as well as PR events - making it a genuinely unique London venue.
