About Half Cut Market

Your friendly neighborhood wine bar and restaurant on York Way, specializing in biodynamic wine, craft beer, and seasonal cocktails.

Headed by Aidan Richardson (formerly of Brat), our kitchen offers a regularly changing, seasonal menu centered around top-quality British produce, grilled proteins, and other delicious favorites.

The venue seats 26 inside, with space for an additional 12 guests on the terrace. We can also host standing parties for groups of up to 40 people.
