The Yard is an Outdoor Space in Riverside East, an open paved courtyard designed for flexible outdoor activation and communal circulation.

Design: The courtyard adopts an urban-industrial look of painted container façades, timber seating banks, planter boxes and festoon lighting over a wide paved surface, producing clear sightlines and an open, informal layout.

Features: A fixed PA system and speaker rig supports live DJ sets or supplied playlists. The space provides modular timber bench seating and planter-divided picnic banks that can be arranged to suit standing or seated layouts, and it contains containerised bars and stall spaces for on-site food and drink. The Yard also includes venue Wi‑Fi, permission for own music or external DJs, step-free guest access and accessible toilets.
