Very poor communication
I wouldn’t book your event here. We stupidly paid our deposit for the minute spend directly to the owners. They asked us to do this as they didn’t want to pay tag venue a percentage. We had visited the venue met the owners and thought fair enough. We had our event in January and we exceed the minimum spend which is actually £3800 not the £1500 they advertise. They haven’t given us back our deposit of over £1000! Which is a lot of money as you can imagine. I WOULD STAY CLEAR. The owners are dishonest and were ignoring calls. When we called on an unrecognisable they happened to pick up! And within that call the owner and her husband were literally laughing. It’s shame a shame that our lovely day has been tainted. Tag venue should consider removing them from this platform.
