Great space and location, flexible about timing.
I’ve hosted many events at this venue over the years, and have left positive reviews / recommended to others, but unfortunately last night was the last time. I expected that being a repeat customer would give us a bit of grace, but the manager yelled at me and one of my guests because we asked for some plates (which never came, we had to go get paper plates and cutlery). A professional venue should be prepared for small last minute requests. It also took asking 3 or 4 times just to get some water. They initially came up with 4 glasses, so half the table was left waiting. I would assume water is a basic service at any venue, but we were also told that if anyone wants it hot, that falls under a catering request and has to be prepared for in advance. In any case, yelling at guests is unacceptable. I’m disappointed to say I won’t be booking here again.
