Abel was very accommodating, informative, and helpful from the very first phone call. Very friendly and helpful, and was instantly reachable even on a Sunday. The room itself is nice and spacious. It can comfortably fit 10-15 people with enough chairs and tables. The natural light coming from the big windows is great, there's an en-suite toilet and wash basin which was nice, free tea and coffee, dishwasher, microwave, and enough kitchen utensils for a small group of 5. The TV is bigger than it looks on photos which is great.

There was an issue with the heating. After about an hour, the room started to get a bit cold, even with radiators on max setting. The room is slightly smaller than it appears in photos. The rest of the room and amenities are sold, but the seating needs to be improved. The table starts to tilt even with ample pressure like when you occasionally lean/rest your body on the table, which is normal. A sturdier wooden table and some padded chairs would be much better. You can use the current seating arrangements for a couple of hours, but after that it gets uncomfortable. Also, 1 more double sofa would be a good addition. But seriously, do book it if it's only for an hour or two as the location and reasonable pricing works great!

Venue and hospitality brilliant- the staff were so supportive, accommodating and helpful, the facilities were great with unlimited tea and coffee, and we all had a great meeting with no issues! Thank you! I hope I can host more meetings at this venue in future.
