Good space and great furniture. Good natural light for great photos
Communication was poor received communication 40 mins before booking we wouldn’t be able to park due to construction works. We were also told to contact someone who was not even there, so would push for better communication.
We were excited to work in this studio as the aesthetic seemed great online. However, when we arrived, we were met with issues from all sides. The studio was unclean with dust balls on the floor. The lighting was a complete mess and needed assembling, which was time-consuming as there were bulbs everywhere, it was unclear which was for which stand etc. I’ve never had to do that at a studio before. We’re a very small team so this used up a good portion of studio time - as we were running out of time, I ended up not setting it up properly, which as a result negatively impacted our shots. We had asked to use a white colorama backdrop. We had requested it throughout our conversation with Dorothy, but fully confirmed we wanted to use it the day before, which we appreciate may have been late notice. Either way, the white backdrop was creased, with dirt marks and footprints all over it. We required scissors and tape to cut the bad section away - none were found in the studio after much looking so we outsourced these things. Once we unravelled the roll to cut it, it was at the end - so was unusable. The other Colorama rolls weren’t secured in their foam holds and fell unprovoked, knocking over our steamed clothes - which we then needed to re-steam. About an hour in we were offered the larger studio as there had been so many issues, however, we decided not to waste more of our paid studio time so stuck it out. Another group then came to shoot 5 minutes after us. It’s clear that there is no maintenance of the studio between shoots and hardly any cleaning or tidying of equipment. The studio organisation was terrible. Finally, I reported to Dorothy all of our issues and asked for some kind of compensation based off the paid time we spent sorting out issues with the studio itself. She sent a considerate response but did not offer any compensation. I responded and now have not heard from her in 4 days. I hate to be so harsh about a business, but this whole experience has been appalling, and a waste of time and money. We did not get the shots we required due to the issues with the backdrop and the issues with the lighting. These are basic requirements of a studio, and honestly, I’m quite shocked that there has been no compensation for our time sorting out the issues with the studio itself.
Central location and a nice room.
The room was nice but cluttered in some places. There was a lot of dust on the floor, which became apparent when the furniture was moved around. Not suitable at all for filming where good audio is required, the studio backs onto a busy goods yard with lots of coming and going and noisy machinery. Filming was interrupted by people leaving the room next door and talking loudly in the corridor. At one point one man (an employee?) breezed into our studio mid-shoot looking for a light or a flash. Finally, would it cost that much to provide simple tea and coffee facilities? Not a venue I would return to or recommend, I'm afraid.

The space is newly established in Battersea! Our Studio room is Comfortable, Clean and Client Friendly. The space is available for rent to anyone doing a small or medium photoshoot, from portraits and headshots to fashion and e-commerce.
Equipment is available to use in the studio, including phone/camera tripods, soft box lights, clothes steamer, ring and panel lights, background paper, a makeup area, and other important facilities. The studio also has some natural lighting with a curtain cover option. The studio is purposely designed to spark creativity, be aesthetically pleasing, inspirational and good vibes; this causes Many Rooms to be one of the most sought after spaces in London.
We are open every day of the week. Studio Hire prices include use of all our equipment except for our backdrop/colorama which is an additional £15.
The space is available to hire at some of the most competitive hourly hire rates in London.
