It is an extra £15 for the coloured back drops.
In leu of the standard fee for cleaning, our team will come in 10 minutes prior to the end of each appointment to begin resetting the room for the next booking. If you stay in the studio over your appointment time, we will charge an additional hour.
We currently charge a late fee of £25 if you are more than 30mins late to your booking. This is not deducted from your session fee or any other fees. Each half hour is an additional £25 charge.
We are available to book over the weekend, and there is an increased hourly rate of £55/hour. We are also available for commercial bookings, which have an increased hourly rate of £100/hour. The space is available to hire at some of the most competitive hourly hire rates in London.
- We charge additional fees for the following:
1. Bookings made less than 24 hours to the date (+£25)
2. Bookings after 6pm and weekend (+£50)
3. 45 min Late arrivals (+£25)
4. Deep Cleaning after booking is completed. (+£25)
5. TV/Film productions (please enquire)

We used this studio to host consultation days for an upcoming fashion line and had a really great experience. The space was exactly as pictured, lots of different areas, textures, and backdrops to work with which made it feel very versatile.
The amenities provided were also thoughtful, having access to things like a kettle, teas, and especially the clothes steamer was incredibly handy throughout the day.
The owners are quick with communication & Mike, the studio assistant, has also been great every time we’ve booked. The team has overall been friendly, helpful, and always accommodating.
No major dislikes at all — we’d definitely recommend the space and would happily book again.

No, we can’t guarantee that the studio is completely soundproof. However, it is generally very quiet, and many productions have used the space for video projects without any issues.
