Hidden fine print details.
The music was to be turned off by 1.30am- they did let us go until for 5-10mins but time advertised is until 2am.
Costs were not clear upfront which created confusion later.
I was greeted by unhelpful staff.
They were continually telling me incorrect information about what I had agreed + paid (with an attitude ) and not being as helpful as they had been in the lead up to the event.
One bar member spoke to me as though I was a nuisance that was bothering him. ( He did seem to be more friendly later).
Chris was super helpful on the day, and helped to put me at ease- on an already stressful day as I was the host of an event.
It’s just a shame as my first 30mins arriving at the venue to prep caused me A LOT of unnecessary stress. It did turn itself around but tarnished my experience.
