The venue and staff were great. Our guests complimented the venue also, so I hope with this they get more private hires! It was perfect for my baby shower - very spacious and modern decor. We were allowed to bring our own decor and move furniture around - the space is great to hang things as they have beams all over. We played games as it was spacious. All Bar One were really accommodating and it was great to make memories of my baby shower here.
Our party was on an event day which was unfortunate. We were told by o2 (not All Bar One) to move our cars from the service area during our set up time which delayed the event starting having to move cars to different car parks that is not close. This was really frustrating. Although All Bar One spoke with the car park team that we can park for free, the car park security were not cooperating even after the All Bar One staff spoke to them when we tried to leave the car park. They wanted us to pay. The issue isn't with All Bar One but the o2 venue and how difficult it can be on event days. We had a lot of decor in cars so it just made set up and also waiting for the car to load up after the event. The staff however were mazing with trying to help with the situation.

Jamie and the team were amazing! Our event went off without a hitch. Everything was great, from getting our stuff out of the car in the loading bay, to getting food to guests in a timely manner. Thanks so much to the team! We’ll be back again
Not a dislike - just something for future bookers to be aware of: you MUST ask the team to provide you with a QR code in advance in order to use the unloading bay for cars. Otherwise you’ll have to use one of the general car parks which are a bit of a distance
