Easy and reasonable to work with and the staff was very helpful during the event! Location is excellent for any Manhattan event as well. Would definitely consider this for any late night party in Manhattan!
Elevator was broken and the porter team wasn't there to help, but otherwise fantastic experience!

Meeting · 35 guests · October 2025
venue itself looked nice, tables were nice and the seating was great. being able to have enough seating (pulling a chair from another unbooked floor) was greatly appreciated and needed for our panel. bartender was fantastic, rooftop itself was a people pleaser.
Apon entering I saw a sign on the elevator for our floor which I asked to change the name listed as our guests would be confused reading that (i was told no i cant change it and they refused to reprint it or I could go pay to print somewhere else - she explained this wasnt for our guests it was for the building but in the end our guests or anyone for that matter could read it and it wasnt accurately displayed) I asked to print out the wifi for people attending the event, she refused and again pushed us to print somewhere else. Building manager was not nice or helpful, TV monitor did not stay connected via bluetooth with no help to offer an alternative - our panel portion started 30 min late because of this issue and we had started connecting to the TV at 1 hour before the event start time so thats 2.5 hours trying to remedy the issue with zero help and zero recommendations or suggestions to fix, she had no knowledge of any building amenities or remedies upon being asked. Came up to me mid event to talk about tape on the floor that the AV company put down *that your building suggested I work with* which should have waited until we were done with our content portion of our event to have some respect for the event flow. The tape did not harm anything, no mark, nothing so this was unecessarily brought up and the wrong timing. The venue did not have any water for our attendees, only sparkling water at the bar - even though i had asked for water initially when booking and confirmed we would have water. elevator malfunctioned throughout our event putting random people on our floor continuously that did not want to be on our floor, very distracting as we were holding our executive panel the door kept popping open. Door to the rooftop kept self locking because the handle was broken so our sound guy helped prop it open since no one from the building even cared to be there to help. toilet seat was not on correctly/broken and a toilet backed up mid event. no one there to see or tell to fix it. asked to move speakers that were "given" to us for free, which never got moved blocking the walk way. tried to use the speakers on the rooftop for happy hour, they didn't work. was given a speaker to use, cord was broken, no help to figure out how to connect via bluetooth (just handed a speaker and walked away). venue suggested a catering company and kept asking me to call them for clean up/ pick up for over 30 minutes only for the catering company to tell me they had an agreement with the building that they pick up their stuff the next day. once i let the catering company say that on speaker phone, it was met with an eye roll response, very unprofessional and a waste of my time. overall very very poor hospitality and event management staff. I will not be using this venue again.

The venue looked really nice and really spacious, clean and well ventilated
I liked everything about it, maybe a way to change the LED lights to be like brighter or change colors and stuff.

Gala · 100 guests · June 2025
Our guests and staff loved the venue! The exposed brick is gorgeous and we got lots of compliments on how beautiful it was. The kitchen is nice and large and there was plenty of space for our volunteers to prep the food. They offered us a non-profit discount which was super helpful, and their staff was so kind and easy to work with. One of the bathrooms has ADA-compliant handle bars and plenty of space to maneuver, which is very important for our guests.
The elevator is very old and isn't actually super accessible, even though the venue advertises as such. It stops just short of level with the floor, resulting in a bump that wheelchairs must go over to enter the room, which is not accessible for those using power wheelchairs. We also had an issue where the elevator stopped working as we were loading out, which would have been a huge issue if any of our guests who are wheelchair users were still in the room.
