Venue is gorgeous and the location is perfect. Ariana was great!
I had paid for the premium bar option and prepaid for the drinks for the whole night. The champagne upon arrival for all guests was such a small pour that people thought that the glasses had already been drunk from them (!) When guests when on to order champagne the bar staff were serving a cheap sparkling rather than the champagne I had paid for. I spoke to the manager in the moment and she rectified this. If I hadn't noticed this I wonder whether they would have done this the whole evening. The communication in the lead up to the event was pretty cold and transactional.
Sasha was a very good bar tender - placed my martini in fridge when i stepped out. That is service to match decor.

Everything was perfect! Great venue, service and Lauren was great at communicating. Thank you so much!
Lauren was exceptional to work with. She helped me facilitate entertainment, plan the music, and photo booth. The drinks were excellent and the vibe in the venue was great. Very happy with how it turned out.
