Located centrally in Midtown Manhattan, this private event space is ideal for sophisticated cocktail parties, corporate off-sites, product launches, or film and photography shoots. The bright, open layout is defined by stunning floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light, complementing the classic NYC exposed brick and polished hardwood floors. Our goal is to provide a seamless booking experience with comprehensive amenities included in every rental.
We know event planning requires precision. That’s why the Studio Loft comes furnished with quality pieces, a fully equipped kitchenette, and essentials like a dedicated mobile bar. With a standing capacity of 125 and a comfortable seated capacity of 75, this versatile gallery space adapts effortlessly to your vision.

Package Details
1. 6-Hour Total Venue Block: Full access to the 2nd Floor Kitchen and Loft. This block is inclusive of all setup, event time, and breakdown.
2. 4-Hour Beer & Wine Bar: Premium service for up to 50 guests, including wine selections, craft beers, and soft beverages. Includes all glassware, ice, bar tools, and garnishes.
3. Place Setting Rentals for 50: Includes the rental of dinnerware, flatware, and glassware for up to 50 guests.
4. On-Site Staffing: Includes all necessary bar and venue staff for up to 50 guests.
5. Cleaning: Basic post-event cleaning included.

Timing & Schedule
Event Curfew: To qualify for this promotional rate, all events must conclude by 10:00 PM.
Access: The 6-hour block is firm; all vendor arrival, guest arrival, and load-out must occur within this window.
Venue & Layout
In-House Furnishings: Includes use of (5) farmhouse tables, (48) dining chairs, (4) cocktail tables, (1) lounge sectional, and a coat rack with 50 hangers.
Gourmet Kitchen: Full use of the professional kitchen suite featuring a 6-burner range, double-stacked oven, fridge/freezer, commercial dishwasher, and a 7’x4’ kitchen island.
Amenities: Guests have full access to floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood floors, dimmable track lighting, and the Sonos Wifi Connect sound system.
Floor Plan: The space will be prepared according to a standard private dining layout unless LOFT39 setup and floor plan services have been added to your contract.
Bar Service
Service Style: All bar service is provided at the bar. For the safety and security of the venue, bartenders are required to remain at the bar station and cannot leave it unattended.
Table Service: If table service is desired for dinner, the client's catering team or hired waitstaff must facilitate the service from the bar to the tables.
Location: The mobile bar will be placed according to the floor's resting state floor plan unless a change is requested in writing in advance of the event date.
Staffing
Venue Representative: For the safety of the venue and guests, venue staff are required to represent the building. Please note that these staff members do not provide event or waitstaff service.
Cleaning & Damages
Your Responsibility: Basic sweeping and mopping are included. To facilitate this, you are responsible for ensuring all trash is properly placed inside provided bins by the end of your breakdown. All decorations must be removed, and all bulky items and boxes must be taken off-site.

Total Access: The 8-hour block is inclusive of all vendor load-in and load-out. All participants and equipment must vacate the space by 4:00 PM.
Cleanup & Care
Host Responsibility: While basic cleaning is included, the host must ensure all trash is in provided bins and all outside equipment or catering supplies are removed by the end of the 8-hour block.

Venue Staffing:
For the safety of the venue and guests, venue staff are required at a rate of $50/hr per staff member with a minimum 4 hour shift. The venue will determine the number of staff needed based on the event type and guest count.
Cleaning:
Basic cleaning is added to the rental agreement. Renter is responsible for placing all trash in the bins before the end of breakdown arrives, any bulky items that do not fit in the bin need to be removed from the space.
For all events hosted at LOFT39, a bar package or a bar package buyout is required if serving drinks of any kind.
For any "DIY open bar" arrangements, all alcohol must be purchased from a licensed retailer (not a wholesale, catering, or bar vendor) for personal consumption by the host and their guests, and must comply with all NY SLA guidelines.
Regardless of the bar service choice, if alcohol is present, all guests must be 21 years or older unless otherwise approved in writing by LOFT39. The client is responsible for ensuring compliance with all local and state alcohol laws. LOFT39 reserves the right to deny service or remove guests in violation of these terms.
Please note, a $2 per person catering buyout fee applies if you use an outside caterer or bring your own food.
Insurance is required for every event at LOFT39.
You can purchase a one-day event insurance policy or use your own provider. If using your own insurance, please refer to our sample Certificate of Insurance (COI) for details on additionally insured information and required coverage limits.

Alcohol Consumption: A bar package or bar buyout is required if you are serving drinks of any kind. Your options are:
1) Purchase a LOFT39 bar package
2) Provide your own "DIY open bar" for a buyout fee of $8 per person (no sale of alcohol allowed, all alcohol must be purchased from a licensed retailer) Contracting a third-party bar vendor or selling alcohol is strictly prohibited.
3) Host an event without a bar. No bar buyout fee applies in this case.

Regardless of your bar choice, if alcohol is present, all guests must be 21 years or older unless otherwise approved by LOFT39 in writing.
The client is responsible for ensuring compliance with all local and state alcohol laws. LOFT39 reserves the right to deny service or remove guests in violation of these terms.
Smoking Prohibited: Smoking inside is strictly prohibited, including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, and other devices.
Decorations: No glitter, sparklers, or confetti. Live candles must be covered. Nothing may be fixed to the walls, ceilings, or fixtures.
Vendor and Delivery Access: Vendors must adhere to the agreed setup and breakdown times. Deliveries must be coordinated in advance and comply with building policies.
LOFT39 offers a curated list of preferred vendors for entertainment, party rentals, A/V & lighting, and planning services. Please note that all vendors, whether preferred or outside, must be licensed and insured to work within the venue.
You are welcome to bring in an outside caterer. However, a catering buyout fee of $2 per person will be applied. This fee helps cover the additional coordination and resources required when working with external food arrangements. Any outside caterer must be a full-service, licensed, and insured company.
All events require event insurance and a credit card on file.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
