Welcome to FiDi Creatives! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all renters and guests, please review and adhere to the following rental rules.

1. Booking & Payment
• Additional time beyond the agreed rental period will be subject to overtime fees.
• Grace period is 5 min. Event extended beyond then scheduled time will be charged with 30min incremental.

2. Event Capacity & Safety
• Please follow Max capacity —no exceptions.
• The renter is responsible for ensuring all guests follow fire safety and emergency exit protocols.
• Open flames, smoking, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

3. Setup & Breakdown
• Setup and breakdown time MUST be included in your rental period.
• Please wait in the lobby til 5min to your rental time starts
• Renters are responsible for arranging their own décor, equipment, and furniture placement.
• All rented items and decorations must be removed and return the space to it’s original form at the end of the event.

4. Clean-Up & Trash Disposal
• The space must be left in the same condition as it was received.
• All trash must be properly disposed of in designated bins. A cleaning fee may apply when food/drink involves.

5. Alcohol & Catering
• Alcohol service requires prior approval.
• Outside catering is permitted, but renters must ensure all food waste is cleaned up.

6. Liability & Insurance
• Renters are responsible for the behavior of their guests and any damages incurred.
• Depending on the event type, proof of liability insurance may be required.

7. Additional Rules & Compliance
• FiDi Creatives reserves the right to terminate any event that violates these rules without a refund.
• Renters must comply with all city regulations, venue policies, and staff instructions.

Clean, quiet, easy access to subway, price was reasonable.

Due to the windows, we had to set up the chairs facing the white wall. So the projected image of the laptop was not that large. If there were shades on the windows, we could have set up the chairs facing the windows. That would create a larger image. But then we would need a projection screen.

Great venue, very clean, all of the staff was very helpful and truly wanted to help us succeed.

Be aware that the elevators are pretty fragile, and can't take many people at a time before they sound an alarm and stop.

We had to project the speaker's laptop against the wall across the width of the room instead of the length near the windows; The light from the window was too bright. Minimal signage to find the location.
