Room 4 at FiDi Creatives is a spacious and versatile room, perfect for a variety of events - conference, workshop and classes. It features large windows that allow for plenty of natural light, creating a welcoming and productive environment. Whether you're hosting a company conference, group workshop, seminar, or educational session, the room provides the flexibility and comfort you need.
Please note:
1. Booking & Timing
- Rental Window: Your booked time must include all setup and breakdown.
- Support & Access: Staff presence isn't guaranteed. You will receive access details and a text-support number before arrival.
2. The Space & Setup
- "White Box" State: The room is provided blank so you can customize it.
- Setup Responsibility: You are responsible for your own setup. Custom setups by FC must be pre-approved for an additional fee.
- Amenities: Chairs, tables, a projector, bluetooth speaker, and Wi-Fi are complimentary upon request (first-come, first-served).

Welcome to FiDi Creatives! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all renters and guests, please review and adhere to the following rental rules.
1. Booking & Payment
• Additional time beyond the agreed rental period will be subject to overtime fees.
• Grace period is 5 min. Event extended beyond then scheduled time will be charged with 30min incremental.
2. Event Capacity & Safety
• Please follow Max capacity —no exceptions.
• The renter is responsible for ensuring all guests follow fire safety and emergency exit protocols.
• Open flames, smoking, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
3. Setup & Breakdown
• Setup and breakdown time MUST be included in your rental period.
• Please wait in the lobby til 5min to your rental time starts
• Renters are responsible for arranging their own décor, equipment, and furniture placement.
• All rented items and decorations must be removed and return the space to it’s original form at the end of the event.
4. Clean-Up & Trash Disposal
• The space must be left in the same condition as it was received.
• All trash must be properly disposed of in designated bins. A cleaning fee may apply when food/drink involves.
5. Alcohol & Catering
• Alcohol service requires prior approval.
• Outside catering is permitted, but renters must ensure all food waste is cleaned up.
6. Liability & Insurance
• Renters are responsible for the behavior of their guests and any damages incurred.
• Depending on the event type, proof of liability insurance may be required.
7. Additional Rules & Compliance
• FiDi Creatives reserves the right to terminate any event that violates these rules without a refund.
• Renters must comply with all city regulations, venue policies, and staff instructions.
