About this space
Located in the heart of NYC’s Financial District, FiDi Creatives (4,500 sq ft) is a thoughtfully curated event space designed to inspire creativity, culture, wellness, and connection.
Our flexible venue can be booked as a whole or by individual rooms, offering the perfect setting for both intimate events and grand celebrations.
People use our space for:
*Company mixers, celebrations, off-site meetings & trainings
*Concerts, shows & improv theater performances
*Private celebrations (birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers)
*Workshops & creative sessions
What’s included in the rental:
• Complimentary chairs, tables, two microphones, Bluetooth speakers, projectors, and screens
• High-speed WiFi
Additional fees (if applicable):
• Refundable Security deposit: $150 ( or one hour rental rate)
• Cleaning fee: $35 for packaged food/drinks or 150 if you bring your own catering
• Steinway piano usage: $100
Notes:
*Setup and wrap-up time must be included in the booking.
*Renters are responsible for their own setup. FC staff do not handle setup, though we’re happy to assist if someone from our team is available at that time.

Host rules
Welcome to FiDi Creatives! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all renters and guests, please review and adhere to the following rental rules.
1. Booking & Payment
• Additional time beyond the agreed rental period will be subject to overtime fees.
• Grace period is 5 min. Event extended beyond then scheduled time will be charged with 30min incremental.
2. Event Capacity & Safety
• Please follow Max capacity —no exceptions.
• The renter is responsible for ensuring all guests follow fire safety and emergency exit protocols.
• Open flames, smoking, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
3. Setup & Breakdown
• Setup and breakdown time MUST be included in your rental period.
• Please wait in the lobby til 5min to your rental time starts
• Renters are responsible for arranging their own décor, equipment, and furniture placement.
• All rented items and decorations must be removed and return the space to it’s original form at the end of the event.
4. Clean-Up & Trash Disposal
• The space must be left in the same condition as it was received.
• All trash must be properly disposed of in designated bins. A cleaning fee may apply when food/drink involves.
5. Alcohol & Catering
• Alcohol service requires prior approval.
• Outside catering is permitted, but renters must ensure all food waste is cleaned up.
6. Liability & Insurance
• Renters are responsible for the behavior of their guests and any damages incurred.
• Depending on the event type, proof of liability insurance may be required.
7. Additional Rules & Compliance
• FiDi Creatives reserves the right to terminate any event that violates these rules without a refund.
• Renters must comply with all city regulations, venue policies, and staff instructions.
