The Left Wing at FiDi Creatives

A spacious (1400 sqf) and flexible section of our floor, the Left Wing is designed to host a wide variety of events — from performances and private celebrations (birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers) to company gatherings, creative workshops, and wellness classes. It comes equipped with an elevated stage, making it ideal for performances, speaker events, and presentations that benefit from added visibility and presence.

This area includes:
- Multi-Purpose Room + Lounge Extension
A large, open-concept space ideal for group activities, performances, presentations, or casual gatherings. The adjoining lounge area offers a relaxed setting for guests or can be used as additional breakout space.

-Four Private Rooms (60–110 sq ft each)
Versatile and sound-friendly, these rooms are perfect for backstage prep, quiet retreats, or breakout sessions during events. They can also be used for music lessons, rehearsals, solo practice, or one-on-one consultations. (Three of the rooms are equipped with Yamaha upright pianos.)

**Additional Amenities:
Two washrooms, a water fountain, and a shared pantry room.

Host rules

Welcome to FiDi Creatives! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all renters and guests, please review and adhere to the following rental rules.

1. Booking & Payment
• Additional time beyond the agreed rental period will be subject to overtime fees.
• Grace period is 5 min. Event extended beyond then scheduled time will be charged with 30min incremental.

2. Event Capacity & Safety
• Please follow Max capacity —no exceptions.
• The renter is responsible for ensuring all guests follow fire safety and emergency exit protocols.
• Open flames, smoking, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

3. Setup & Breakdown
• Setup and breakdown time MUST be included in your rental period.
• Please wait in the lobby til 5min to your rental time starts
• Renters are responsible for arranging their own décor, equipment, and furniture placement.
• All rented items and decorations must be removed and return the space to it’s original form at the end of the event.

4. Clean-Up & Trash Disposal
• The space must be left in the same condition as it was received.
• All trash must be properly disposed of in designated bins. A cleaning fee may apply when food/drink involves.

5. Alcohol & Catering
• Alcohol service requires prior approval.
• Outside catering is permitted, but renters must ensure all food waste is cleaned up.

6. Liability & Insurance
• Renters are responsible for the behavior of their guests and any damages incurred.
• Depending on the event type, proof of liability insurance may be required.

7. Additional Rules & Compliance
• FiDi Creatives reserves the right to terminate any event that violates these rules without a refund.
• Renters must comply with all city regulations, venue policies, and staff instructions.
