The Loft & Roof Deck is an Event Space in 5th House Studios that occupies an industrial loft shell defined by an open-plan layout and raw architectural finishes.
Design: The interior pairs painted exposed brick and a dark open ceiling with large steel-framed windows that admit abundant natural light; rugs, vintage seating and potted plants divide the floor into distinct social zones.
Features: The space provides Wi‑Fi and air conditioning for guest comfort. A built-in PA system and speakers are available, and hosts may bring their own DJ and play their own music subject to a noise restriction. The floor area can be cleared to form a dance floor adjacent to the seating zones.
Ideal for: Creative groups and social circles seeking a relaxed, social standing reception with space for music and dancing.
What sets it apart: A private roof deck directly accessible from the loft provides an outdoor extension to the space.
