The Loft is an Event Space in The Sixth Floor Loft; it is a pale, high‑ceilinged open‑plan loft that provides a neutral, easily customised backdrop.
Design: The Loft presents painted white floors, soft cream‑peach walls and tall moulded ceilings punctuated by decorative ceiling panels and chandeliers. The space reads as spacious and uncluttered thanks to minimal furnishings and wide sightlines through large windows.
Features: The space includes Wi‑Fi and air conditioning alongside a built‑in PA system and speakers. The space allows own music and brought‑in DJs and provides wheelchair access. The floorplate is open and flexible so furniture can be rearranged to suit different layouts.
Ideal for: Intimate creative groups and production teams seeking a relaxed, adaptable space for mixed‑use gatherings and presentations.
What sets it apart: A dual‑room layout pairs an elegantly furnished salon with an adjoining exposed‑brick loft, enabling separate zones for setup and distinct guest areas.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
50% deposit is due to confirm the booking. The full balance is due 30 days prior to the event. All payments must be made via ACH following the invoice link mailed electronically. Payments by credit card will be subject to an additional 3% processing fee. We will keep the credit card information on file to charge any additional extras that will occur on the day of the event.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- 50% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. If the cancellation of the booking is not made 30 days prior to the event, the client will be charged 100% of the estimated fees.
- The booking is valid only for the date originally indicated and the balance can’t be transferred to a different date.
- If the cancellation is caused by the event location, the client will be reimbursed for any payment made up to that point.
We will charge a 10% deposit for certain events at our own discretion and it will be reimbursed once the event is concluded and used for the following occurrencies:
1. SFL Overtime $350 per hour 8am to 12am
2. ANNEX Overtime $550 per hour 8 am to 12 am
3. Extra cleaning fee $300-500
4. Upholstery cleaning $300 per couch if stained
5. Trash in excess of 5 bags $10 per bag
6. Other damages and incidentals that may occur as determined at the end of the event.
The client is also responsible for having all rentals delivered and picked up on time as well as personal belongings as agreed with the venue or a storage fee might apply.
In case earlier access to the premises is requested or failure to leave the premises by the time stated in the contract will result in overtime charges.
Our facility is 100% non-smoking/vaping. Any infractions will result in the immediate termination of the event.
