One of our three premier event spaces, overlooking Union Square in the Flatiron district, Studio 3 is perfect for film and photo shoots, corporate and culinary events, private parties and elegant weddings.
Studio 3 boasts 13ft ceilings, two walls of windows (East and South facing), and an open plan kitchen in a renovated early 20th century building.
Our fully operational open-plan kitchen boasts state of the art appliances including 2 ovens, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and electrical stove top (gas stove top available at an additional charge- please inquire)

We do not allow alcohol sales or smoking (e-cigarettes are allowed) in our studios.
As respect to our neighbors, events cannot go past midnight. All music must end by 11:30 pm.
8-hour minimum time block to book this space, or 6 hours at an adjusted hourly rate.
Please no vinyl on the floor.
All ages are allowed in the space.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
