The space is great- roomie but intimate at the same time and filled with light.
The coordinator assigned to our event was efficient but not particularly engaging or warm which dampened my spirits considerably. There were other people there who were very accommodating however. The venue did not do anything in terms of set up so we had to rent the place for an extra hour beforehand and another hour after for set up and cleanup and obviously this was an additional expense.
Also brought in my own caterer and tablecloths!?

Poor communication
The space is great- bright, intimate, but the facility provides literally nothing I had to bring in my own tablecloths and they don’t set up chairs or tables you have to do all of this yourself on your own time which you pay for! I worked with three different people at the site, two of whom were benign, but our coordinator was very unaccommodating and very unfriendly especially given her position. At one point I thought this would be a deal breaker but she wasn’t even at the final event. She was all work, no pleasure.
