The place was absolutely incredible. The Agent L was amazing and communicative and the staff were very helpful and we nade great connections. Definitely will consider them again.

The space is great- roomie but intimate at the same time and filled with light.
The coordinator assigned to our event was efficient but not particularly engaging or warm which dampened my spirits considerably. There were other people there who were very accommodating however. The venue did not do anything in terms of set up so we had to rent the place for an extra hour beforehand and another hour after for set up and cleanup and obviously this was an additional expense. Also brought in my own caterer and tablecloths!?

The space is great- bright, intimate, but the facility provides literally nothing I had to bring in my own tablecloths and they don’t set up chairs or tables you have to do all of this yourself on your own time which you pay for! I worked with three different people at the site, two of whom were benign, but our coordinator was very unaccommodating and very unfriendly especially given her position. At one point I thought this would be a deal breaker but she wasn’t even at the final event. She was all work, no pleasure.

Setting up in advance is your responsibility. Requested items will be ready in the room for you to set up, and setup and breakdown time must be included within the overall rental hours.

Yes, the building has wheelchair access. Anyone unable to climb the brownstone steps can go down a few steps and take the lift to the second floor, where the event is held.

The venue has handheld microphones and stands, plus a Fender sound system with speakers that amplify well for the size of the rooms. The system is usually set up in advance, and laptops or phones can easily be plugged in to play music.
