The venue's flexible layout allows organizers to create separate areas for dining, presentations, registration, networking, entertainment, production, and VIP experiences within a single event footprint. Outside caterers, event planners, decorators, AV companies, production crews, DJs, photographers, florists, and vendors are welcome.
Prices
8-hour minimum booking required.
Includes private use of the entire venue, high-speed WiFi, freight elevator access, passenger elevators, private restrooms, lounge areas, makeup stations, and natural daylight throughout the space.
Outside catering, production crews, event planners, decorators, AV vendors, photographers, and entertainment vendors are welcome. Additional tables, chairs, lounge furniture, staging, décor, and event rentals are available through preferred vendor partners.

Host rules
OVERTIME
• Overtime is billed at 1.5× your contracted hourly rate and is subject to availability.
GUEST COUNT
• Please provide an accurate guest count before your event. Pricing and venue setup may vary based on the number of attendees.
BOOKING TIME
• Your reserved time must include setup, decorating, vendor load-in, breakdown, and cleanup. Please book enough time to comfortably complete your event.
NO SMOKING
❌ Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the building or studio.
NO SPECIAL EFFECTS
❌ Confetti, glitter, smoke machines, fog machines, pyrotechnics, open flames, or similar special effects are not permitted without prior written approval.
RESPECT THE SPACE
• Please treat the venue and building with care and respect.
• Any excessive damage, stains, or extraordinary cleaning requirements may result in additional charges.
NOISE POLICY
❌ Please be mindful of our neighbors. Excessive noise or amplified music that generates complaints from building management may require the volume to be reduced or the event to end early. (Nights and weekends are not an issue)
TRASH & CLEANUP
• Please remove all decorations and personal belongings at the end of your event.
• Bagged trash may be placed in the designated building trash area. Please do not leave loose garbage inside the studio.
FOOD & CATERING
✅ Outside food and licensed caterers are welcome.
• Please ensure that all food, beverages, and decorations are removed before departure.
ALCOHOL
✅ Alcohol is permitted for private events with responsible adult supervision. The host is solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the service and consumption of alcohol. (Corkage fee for BYO alcohol applies)
