A long, open loft with high exposed-beam ceilings, white walls and polished concrete floors that create a neutral backdrop. Large street-facing windows provide abundant daytime light alongside ceiling-mounted panel fixtures for even illumination.

Room features: In-house photo and video equipment supports stills and motion capture, and a roll-in greenscreen plus a selection of backdrops allow rapid set changes. A PA system and Wi‑Fi support audio playback and livestreaming, and air conditioning and on-site storage accommodate longer sessions.

Best for: Fashion and portrait photography, beauty and commercial video shoots, and small livestreamed productions.
