A bright studio in Manhattan's Garment District, used for photo shoots, video productions, content creation, castings, interviews, workshops, meetings, and smaller private events. The Midtown loft has natural daylight, high ceilings, white interiors, and an open layout that adjusts for both creative and corporate use.

The space works for portrait photography, fashion and beauty shoots, podcast recordings, social media content, client presentations, training sessions, networking events, baby showers, bridal showers, birthday celebrations, and small gatherings.

Guests have access to the entire studio during their booking, including in-house furniture, a makeup and styling area, high-speed Wi-Fi, freight and passenger elevator access, concierge service, and private restroom access. Additional production equipment, event rentals, and studio services can be arranged on request.
