The venue includes two single-occupancy restrooms, a kitchen area, back-of-house and storage space, and wheelchair access.
Prices
Venue Staffing: $1,500-2,000 (includes an on-site events coordinator, logistics & cleaning crews, and avenue technician; AM & PM shifts)
Security Guard Staffing: $60/hr rate, 5-hr minimum shift
Trash & Recycling Fee: $500 (one-time fee)
SECURITY DEPOSIT: $1,000 per day, refundable after your event if there are no damages.

Any damage to the space will result in an additional charge.
Outside liquor is not permitted, except for liquor-branded and wine-tasting events.
