The 1,300 sq. ft. gallery space occupies the second floor of a historical building which dates back to the early 1900s at 311 East Broadway in Manhattan's Lower East Side. The space provides an appropriate setting for art exhibitions and networking events and cocktail receptions and film screenings and markets and pop-up retail activities. The gallery occupies the same building space as the New Art Dealers Alliance headquarters and Cultural Counsel offices.

Host rules

Evening events may take place between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM.
All guests must exit the building by 11:00 PM sharp.
Load-out and cleanup must be completed within the allotted time unless otherwise approved in advance.
Sound levels must remain at a gallery-appropriate volume.
Amplified music, live performances, or screenings with sound must be approved in advance.
Doors and windows must remain closed during events to minimize sound bleed.
Guest count must not exceed the agreed-upon capacity.
No lines or crowding in hallways, stairwells, or outside the building.
Guests may not loiter outside the building before or after the event.
Alcohol service is permitted only during approved events.
No cash bar unless previously approved.
All alcohol service must end by 10:45 PM to allow for a timely close.
Events require an on-site representative at all times.
The renter is responsible for monitoring guest behavior and ensuring compliance with building rules.
No smoking or vaping anywhere in the building.
No candles, open flames, or pyrotechnics.
No affixing signage or materials to walls, floors, or exterior surfaces without approval.
The space must be returned to its original condition.
Trash must be bagged and removed or placed as directed.
Any damage will be billed to the renter.
All events must comply with NYC regulations and building policies.
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in early event termination.
