Open loft with a high exposed-beam ceiling, exposed brick walls and hardwood floors that form an industrial, flexible shooting space. Tall windows bring strong natural daylight.

Host rules

Cyc wall & floor: keep clean — clean-soled shoes or barefoot only, please do not step on the corners. Repainting fee: $100 if the cyc wall or floor is left dirty or marked up (footprints, scuffs).

Overtime is billed at 1.5× the hourly rate in 30-minute increments.

If the administrator is not present, before leaving, please turn off all electronic devices (air conditioners, ventilation, steamer, etc.). We will charge you $100 if you leave the air conditioners, ventilation or steamer on.

NO SMOKING inside the premises — smoking indoors is prohibited ($300 fee for violation).

Fog/haze machines are ALLOWED in the studio.

Please observe cleanliness and order. Be responsible for furniture and equipment.

I loved the space and how there are different rooms we had multiple games going and activities. I like how there’s a kitchen area for us to prepare the food and drinks. Overall the space is beautiful and give u room to make it what you want it to be.

There are some building repairs that are needed in the building. The room that we were in the door knob was Coming off the hinges . There’s also some cleaning that needs to be done. The stove wasn’t working had to bring my own plug in burner stove. I also didn’t like how In room 6B was below a recording studio the guy from the studio below approached me asking if we can try to keep it down with walking around and stumping above the studio. There was too much stuff left in the room that we didn’t need so we ended up no using a room because we had to shift the lights to another room the stands to another room.
