The Artsy Apartment Studio Space is a versatile room with a homey atmosphere that is perfect for a variety of photo and video shoots. This space has excellent daytime shooting potential with loads of natural light available. It also has great nighttime shooting potential, as the space takes on a much more moody vibe with some warm artificial lights. The place is equipped with all that you could possibly need from Light equipment to Photo and Video equipment, all included in the price with no need to pay extra fees.
This space can also be used for small parties of 40 or less people. The kitchen is fully functioning.

- No Adult Filming.
- No Glitter.
- No pissing off the neighbors.
- No Production equipment outside the front door or anywhere in the complex besides the studio.
- Smoking is prohibited (Vaping is fine)
- Late night/overnight shoots must be approved.
- You may move furniture but please move it back when finished
- No arriving more than 10 minutes early.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period

Windows are west facing and get direct light in the morning and no direct light in the afternoon.
Neighborhood is a gentrified and gritty old building mix. With plenty of outside shooting possibilities.
Tons of great spots, with new buildings, graffiti and murals, old buildings and interesting bridges and alleyways.
