About this space
This space, measuring 33 x 41 feet, is an ideal venue for rehearsals, small performances, classes, exhibits, meet-ups, recordings, and film shoots. Located adjacent to the Highland Park Ebell Club, the building is constructed in a similar West Coast Prairie style, featuring original wood floors, a vaulted ceiling, and a beautiful chandelier in the center of the room.
The amenities provided in the space include a baby grand piano, two bathrooms, a kitchen, WiFi, heating & air conditioning, 30 music stands, 60 chairs, folding tables, ADA accessibility, and two parking lots located next door.

- Guests are required to obtain a certificate of insurance.
- No permanent alterations to the space, tacks, or nails are permitted.
- Sound must be below 65 decibels on Saturday events.
- Weddings, quinceaneras, and memorials are not permitted.

Located in Highland Park, one of the hippest neighborhoods in LA, Pacific Opera Project's "home base" serves as our office space, storage space, rehearsal hall, audition space, and much more.
This historic building is right next door to one of our favorite venues, the Highland Park Ebell Club. When not used, it's available to the public for rehearsals, small performances, recordings, film shoots, music lessons, and more.
