About this space
The venue is an open studio with high decorative ceilings, a seamless white cyclorama and large arched windows that supply abundant daylight and blackout curtains for control. A black-and-white tiled floor provides a graphic foreground while the cleared central area accommodates sets and rigs.
Room features: The venue supports production with professional lighting and photo equipment, portable backdrops and a greenscreen, plus a PA system and Wi-Fi for playback and communication. Private glam and wardrobe rooms and on-site storage simplify fittings, costume changes and kit staging.
Best for: Commercial and editorial photography, small-scale video production, castings and fittings, workshops, podcasts and intimate live events.
What sets it apart: An on-site gallery wall and exhibition area allow art display to run alongside productions and events.

General Rules:
- No smoking
- No alcohol without prior notification
- No minors without parent/ guardian
- No glitter (make-up ok)
- No liquids on cyc wall
- Do not walk/stand on the curved portion of the cyclorama wall. Doing so will damage the wall with repairs starting at $500+.
- Booked hours must include load-in/load-out, set up, and tear-down or overtime fees at x1.5 rate (unless specified otherwise) will apply in 30 minute increments. Early arrival counts as overtime.
- Please return the studio back to the condition it was in.
- Renter assumes responsibility for himser/herself and any individuas who enter the studio space
- Outside catering permitted
