Introducing an office space designed to meet the dynamic needs of your business. This contemporary and fully equipped office space is perfect for filming, readings, and meetings.

- Easy access to load in and load out;
- Free parking.

WITH AN ADDITIONAL FEE:
- Access to the kitchen, bar, and Lobby area if you want to serve food and drinks during your time, Theater, and other rooms;
- Any additional equipment (inquire for more details);
- Early and after-hours access to the building from 10 pm to 9 am;
- Courtyard.

PLEASE NOTE: YOUR RENTAL TIME MUST INCLUDE SETUP AND STRIKING/ CLEANING. TIME FOR LOAD-IN AND LOAD-OUT IS PART OF YOUR RESERVED HOURS. OVERTIME FEES WILL BE APPLIED.

Main Stage - starting from 50 per hour.
Courtyard - starting from 25 per hour
lobby - starting from 35 per hour

Exterior Building - starting from 30 per hour
Parking Lot for events - 50 per hour

*Rates varies from size of the party, type of event, size of crew / filming project.
