This flexible space is ideal for small classes, rehearsals, auditions, readings, filming, or workshops. It offers ground-level access for easy load-in and load-out, and free parking is available on-site.

Use of the kitchen, bar, and lobby for serving food and drinks

Access to additional equipment (please inquire)

Extended building access outside standard hours (10 pm–9 am)

Courtyard use

Please note: Setup, cleanup, and any load-in/load-out must be included in your reserved time. Overtime fees apply if you go beyond your booking window.
