The venue was the perfect size, not loud as it’s located at the back of their property against a side street, and it looked exactly like the photos showed. When you arrive you also get to walk through their entire venue to get to the patio and you can see their theater which is so cool! The staff were so friendly and so kind! The friends who were supposed to show up to help me set up were running late and their staff asked me what they could do to help and it literally almost made me cry. I was very stressed out for this baby shower and because of them we were ready much sooner than I had expected. The staff also didn’t hover or bother us at all throughout the duration of our party which I appreciated. I was throwing a Harry Potter themed baby shower for my sister in law and the back area was very whimsical and the perfect size for our party. Everyone was very comfortable and enjoyed themselves thoroughly!
When I arrived at the venue there weren’t any signs. They had just one sign on the awning and that posed a small issue for my guests as they were a bit confused on where it was. As I checked in and was walked into the back patio, I realized there wasn’t enough tables or chairs for my event. Having to rearrange the tables and add chairs took up a bit of my time. But their staff was really helpful in finding the tables and chairs I needed, it just set me back a little with timing. I was told I had rented table cloths, 2 coolers, and a drink tub. Those items were also not set out or ready when I arrived, just a couple more things I needed to set up that I wished were already out and prepared for me since I let them know ahead of time I needed them. I also didn’t get the coolers at all, I just had the drink tub which ended up working out anyway as we ended up having access to their refrigerator/freezer. Some small things but not a big deal in hindsight.

It was a nice space that fit our needs. Natalia was also very nice and she gave us a tour of the space before our guests arrived.
We did not realize that we can request for heaters. When we arrived, a gentlemen greeted us and he was a bit standoff ish. We asked him about if we could use the heater, and he told us that it was not used for a year and there may not be l not be has. Luckily, it worked during the night, though it would have been nice to know that we could have requested for more when we were initially reserving the area. To Natalia’s credit, she did ask us what else we needed, but we didn’t know the heater would need to be requested.
