Loft 3 - French-style at LA Lofts Studios

About this space

An open loft with high ceilings and large windows that provide abundant, even daylight; concrete floors and a textured stone feature wall supply an urban interior backdrop while curtains allow basic light control.

Room features: The room provides on-site backdrops and basic photo equipment suitable for stills and motion work, and it includes a PA system plus Wi‑Fi for audio playback and communication.

Best for: Interior lifestyle and editorial photography, portrait and fashion lookbooks, and small-scale video interviews.

What sets it apart: A curated collection of French-style period furniture and decorative dressing available in the space.

All overnight bookings that go beyond 11 PM, bookings with more than 20 attendees, bookings involving hard to clean materials such as glitter, body oil, fake blood, and similar substances, or at the discretion of the host, may require a refundable security deposit of $525, collected in advance. The deposit is fully refunded after the booking, provided the studio is returned in good condition with no outstanding charges. Any damages, booking extensions, additional services, rentals, or rule violations will be deducted from the deposit.
