RoseWolff Studio, a spacious New York-style loft warehouse located in Los Angeles. The highly functional 10,000-square-foot space is available for all kinds of events, productions, for commercials, photo shoots that need a lot of space, besides parties.
The space has two sections with distinct styles. One, more industrial, with cement beams and views of Los Angeles. The other, using wood and beams, has a decidedly warmer, cozier look. The space is extremely bright thanks to windows across the walls.
There are two bathrooms, central air-conditioning, a make-up room and unique private rooftop access with breathtaking views of the Los Angeles skyline. This place is sure to meet the expectations of even the most demanding client.

Host rules
Don’t drag or push furniture on the floor. They are original hardwood floors from 1908. Please lift up or use a dolly.
No smoking/fire/candles inside. A fog machine is ok.
If you move furniture, put them back in its original location.
Keep the gate for the freight leading to the street locked when not attended. Leave the keys in the lock box next to it.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
