About this space
Entire space 2000sq ft Art gallery, event and pop up venue. Our Main Gallery has 20ft high ceilings, 950sq ft w store front entrance. Back gallery is 700sq ft with 8ft ceilings. Perfect for launch events, birthdays, gallery exhibitions and ideal for any gathering up to 100 guests. We have a public (storefront) entrance as well as side entrance for more discretion. Both ground level. Which makes for easy loading/unloading.
In addition to the main and back galleries, We have a private lounge area/wardrobe room, restroom, and hair & make-up room with 2 vanities and sink.
-The hair and make up room is available for an additional fee $25/hr.
-Wardrobe / lounges is available for an additional fee $25/hr.
-Hours booked at or after 9pm add’l $25/hr.
-Alcohol consumption/corkage fee $75: events less than 59 guests / $150 flat rate 60+ guests
-art hanging fee $150-$250 depending on painting etc
-Afterhours (hours booked after 9pm +$25/gr)
-Event insurance / Refundable Security deposit ($100-$150) are required.
-Please schedule set-up, event and break down time for your booking. Early arrival and Extended hours are + 1.5x hourly rate.
