Ring the doorbell upon arrival.
If a site manager is not available at the time of your booking, you will be given a temporary access code active during the time of your booking only.
To enter, touch the middle of the keypad to activate the lock.
Enter your code & press the logo in the middle. You will hear the lock open & it will automatically lock after 20 seconds.
You are not for any reason allowed to disable the lock while in use of the space & will be charged a $150 fine if lock is found disabled at anytime during your use of the space.
All trash must be discarded at the end of your booking, the trash room is next door, to the right upon walking out & the code to get in is #2408. You must turn the lock after entering code to open the door.
When you are finished press the logo button & turn the lock back in order to lock the door again.
No hanging out in front of the property after 12am.
Music must be lowered after 12am during the week, 2am on the weekends.
ENSURE DOOR IS CLOSED PROPERLY UPON LEAVING THE PROPERTY AT THE END OF RENTAL.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
