When you arrive ring the doorbell.
If a site manager is not available at the time of your booking, you will be given a temporary access code active during the time of your booking only.
If given a code to enter, touch the middle of the keypad to activate the lock.
Enter your code & press the logo in the middle. You will hear the lock will open & it automatically locks after 20 seconds so keep that in mind as you move around.
You are not for any reason allowed to disable the lock while in use of the space & will be charged a $50 fine if lock is found disabled at anytime during your use of the space.
All trash must be discarded at the end of your booking, the trash room is next door & the code to get in is #2408.
When you are finished press the logo button & turn the lock to the right in order to lock the door again.
No hanging out in front of the property after 10pm.
Music must be lowered after 10pm during the week, 12am on the weekends.
