About this space
The Main Floor space is a highly versatile and attractive location, perfect for hosting a wide range of events, including weddings, birthdays, and photoshoots. The area is spacious and well-suited for social gatherings, with plenty of room to accommodate guests and create an enjoyable atmosphere.
One of the unique features of this space is that it allows you to bring in your preferred catering company for events, giving you complete control over the menu and cuisine. Additionally, the bar permits you to bring your own alcohol, although we also offer a range of drinks and alcohol packages to choose from.
The venue boasts 40 on-street parking spaces at the front of the building, available on a first-come, first-serve basis. If needed, we can reserve up to 10 of these spaces for our own use. We require vendors hired to have necessary insurance to ensure a safe and secure event for everyone involved.

Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours.
Cancellations 60 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 60 days to 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 30 days are non-refundable.
Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 6 months from the original date, at no cost.
