Rule of the Casa:
BOOKING:
To ensure your event is a success, please be clear & upfront about what you are planning.
Each booking request should include the following:
*Desired date(s)
*Max number of Cast / Crew / Clients
*Exact hours you will need (ie. 7am-7pm) including load-in/load-out, setup and tear-down.
*Equipment - Please specify any oversized or heavy or specialty equipment that will be brought onsite.
PLEASE NOTE: All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear-down time, so please include that in your reservation.
*IMPORTANT:
The hourly rate is specific to the number of attendees. An attendee is anyone that Production brings to set including: Crew, Caterers, Clients, Talent & Associates of the Talent.
If your headcount is going to exceed the rate you booked, please let us know ahead of the shoot so the rate can be amended. Any attendee overages that occur **without notice** on the day of the shoot will be billed at the appropriate hourly rate PLUS a flat $150 fee per excess person.
OVERTIME-- If you go over your booking time, you will be charged Time & 1/2, billed in 30-minute increments.
NO Glitter allowed on the premises.
NO PETS/ANIMALS unless approved by the host.
NO EARLY ARRIVALS. Gates to the property are locked and the Booking will begin promptly at the scheduled start time. Inform your team that if they arrive early, they should wait in or near their vehicles until the Host comes down to greet them.
NO smoke machines or haze machines or special effects sprays/substances of any kind allowed without explicit permission of Host. Use of smoke machines without permission will result in a $500 charge.
FLOOR PROTECTION:
- Please note our home has reclaimed barnwood and is very difficult to replace. We strongly suggest you bring mats or RAM board to protect rugs & flooring. All Ram board must be taken offsite and disposed of by Production.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
