Introducing the Skyline Suite! For spectacular DTLA skyline views, this 1700 sq ft studio on the 9th floor is the place to be. Experience the sight of iconic Los Angeles as the alluring backdrop of your next event.

Perfect for events such as baby showers, bridal showers, birthday parties, intimate gatherings, marriage proposals, gender reveal parties, networking events, corporate meetings, workshops, seminars, and more!

The Skyline Suite is a multipurpose studio where clients can dream, and have the freedom to set up, and decorate in any way they would like. Lounge furniture, tables, and chairs are included for no additional charge. The lounge furniture comes set up around the studio as shown in pictures, and the tables and chairs come stacked up. Clients are welcome to move the furniture and set up the tables and chairs in whichever layouts they would like.

Host rules

Non-business hours may require security and/or manager personnel, depending on the hours, as the entire building is kept open just for your production.
Bringing your own rentals is allowed - all large, heavy items must load in and load out via the Freight Elevator.
Own catering is allowed - The catering company must provide a current copy of their Catering License, current copy of their General Liability Insurance (including Worker’s Compensation) and the studio must be listed as additional insured on their provided certificate. Requirement of a coverage is 1 million USD minimum.
Studio allows moving everything for any set up you would like, but require you to put it back.

The Skyline Suite is in the LA Fashion District featuring a Los Angeles breathtaking Downtown skyline. The stunning view is the beautiful iconic scenery of downtown Los Angeles high rises. Many throughout the world have come to shoot interviews in this studio.

Thanks to large windows and a great location, the space is filled with natural light from outside. Modern and minimalistic finishes will suit photoshoots, presentations, or even a fitness session.

Cancellations 60 days in advance will receive a full refund.
