Polished concrete floors, 10-foot ceilings, and curated furniture make this photo studio, event space, and production studio camera-ready and guest-ready with minimal setup.
Three distinct shooting and event environments in one booking — a bright open main floor with mid-century furnishings, hanging rattan egg chair, and neutral sofas; a soft room with warm plaster walls and sheer curtains; and a full white kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Diffusion silks available to control direct sunlight.
Ideal for baby showers, bridal showers, birthday parties, corporate events, private dining, pop-up dinners, brand activations, product launches, wellness summits, yoga, breathwork, meditation workshops, acting workshops, and family gatherings. Capacity up to 75 guests.
Production and photo shoot amenities include hair and makeup area with 2 vanity stations, wardrobe racks, steamer, salon chairs, client dressing space, private bathroom with shower, grip equipment, C-stands, apple boxes, seamless backgrounds, and sets.
Freight elevator for easy load-in. Rentable parking lot directly across the street. Valet parking available evenings and weekends excluding Mondays. Street parking available throughout the neighborhood.
Steps from Wurstkuche, Bavel, Manuela, Arts District Brewing, and Salt & Straw. Exterior shooting available on surrounding streets featuring murals, graffiti walls, industrial alleyways, and bridges.

No excessive traffic in the hallways (No drinking in hallways).
No Smoking in the building.
No Glitter or Confetti.
Music can be played loud but not club loud.
You must pay for set up and breakdown/cleanup time that you use.
If you leave the place messy then extra time that is needed to clean is billed for both cleaning services and space overtime. In many cases there is someone booked right after you so please book enough time after the event ends to allow for you to clean and hae the space cleaned. If there is no booking after you please do not leave on time with the space messy rather stay overtime to clean, you will be billed for the time it takes one person to clean and for the extra cleaning.
Confetti is not allowed. Do not pop balloons with confetti unless you plan to pick it all up before you leave.
Trash is located on the bottom floor out of the back door (by the elevator) to the left.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
