About this space

The Outdoor Area at The East Angel is a private outdoor space in the form of an enclosed linear courtyard between high brick walls.

Design: The courtyard has an industrial-minimal aesthetic: white-painted brick, high narrow proportions and simple finishes softened by potted trees and urban planting.

Features: An artificial-turf aisle runs down the centre, and built-in bench seating and potted planters define circulation. A raised timber platform sits at the far end, and the area provides Wi-Fi, allows own music and bringing a DJ, receives natural daylight, has a step-free guest entrance, wheelchair access and accessible toilets.

Ideal for: Groups seeking a relaxed, social gathering for standing receptions or informal seated meals will find the courtyard's intimate, linear layout suitable.
